Scientists in many disciplines need to be able to publish their work in colour, but the cost of colour printing in specialised journals can be prohibitive and we realise that not all scientists have appropriate funds to cover the charges. Authors who wish to have their figures reproduced in colour but do not wish to pay the cost of colour reproduction in print can now publish in colour on ScienceDirect at no charge.
